Abstract
This paper describes a program at the University of New Mexico managed by the Computer and Information Resources Technology organization to improve staff ability to manage rapid technological change, bring new people quickly up to speed, and reduce and manage training costs. The program is assisting staff confronting these challenges by dedicating staff to training coordination, developing cross-team standards, and supporting a variety of training methods.
