Abstract
The Key to Competitiveness: Understanding the Next Generation Learner provides insight into a generation of college students who have grown up with technology. It is so much a part of their lives that they don't consider it "technology." Closing the gap between the Net Generation and today's institutional leaders—and creating successful learning environments—is the key to competitiveness.
