Abstract
People involved in technology and education today face enormous opportunities and challenges. Developing technology plans is complex yet straightforward, but to support education with technology effectively requires a broader view and historical understanding of cultural and organizational developments. Thinking about the answers to big-picture questions and individual roles and responsibilities within the context of long-term dynamics gives fresh insight into ways each of us can move from responding to opportunity to creating opportunit-e.
