Abstract
Last year the University of Wisconsin-Madison deployed a new portal using Epicentric as the framework. Many technical and functional users were interviewed as to what lessons they learned, insights they could offer, or advice they'd give to someone else in their position. This talk shares what was learned. This session was featured at CUMREC 2002.
