Biography

As leader of UC Berkeley’s privacy program, Lisa protects and promotes campus privacy values while overseeing compliance efforts for campus healthcare, administrative, and academic operations. She has eleven years of experience developing and implementing strategy and policy in higher education and twenty years of experience as an IT analyst and manager with domain expertise in policy, privacy, and security. She previously served as Berkeley’s IT policy manager, and San Francisco State University’s technology strategy officer. Prior roles include IT management and analyst positions in the technology and retail sectors.
