This resource grew out of a Community of Practice that brought together experienced CIOs, senior IT leaders, and higher education partners who want to see better partnerships and were looking for a guide in navigating conversations and relationships between college and university officials and entities external to the institution. The people who shaped this resource have lived these challenges, navigating complex technology implementations, managing constrained budgets, and building relationships to meet a diverse set of needs on campuses.
