About
EDUCAUSE
EDUCAUSE is led by a board of directors, member-based committees, and program development and operations staff. With the support of our community, we are able to accomplish our mission of advancing higher education through the use of information technology.
EDUCAUSE Board of Directors
The EDUCAUSE Board of Directors provides governance, sets strategic directions, and helps the association anticipate emerging issues.
Special Advisory Bodies
Special Advisory Bodies provide guidance from senior leaders in the profession on major initiatives.
Annual Business Meeting
At this annual meeting, the Board of Directors and executive staff review the year's major accomplishments, the association's financial condition, and new program initiatives for the coming year. This meeting is open to all members.
Member Committees
Member committees are served by volunteers who contribute significantly to the quality and vigor of EDUCAUSE programs and infuse an ever-changing, up-to-date cross-section of knowledge and expertise.
EDUCAUSE Bylaws
EDUCAUSE Bylaws define the association's operational policies and procedures, including the definition of membership and the duties of the Board of Directors.
