Fischer Identity Welcomes New Associate Vice President of IAM Strategic Advisory Services

NAPLES, FLORIDA – October 17, 2024 – Fischer Identity is thrilled to announce the addition of Mark Cox as the new Associate Vice President of Identity and Access Management (IAM) Strategic Advisory Services. Mark joins Fischer Identity just in time to attend the EDUCAUSE Annual Conference, held in San Antonio, TX, from October 21-24, 2024, where he will engage with higher education thought leaders and clients to showcase Fischer's innovative IAM solutions.

In this critical role, Cox will report directly to the VP of Product & Service Delivery, using his over 30 years of IT experience—including more than a decade in Identity Management—to drive the successful adoption and continuous improvement of Fischer Identity’s IAM and Identity Governance Administration (IGA) solutions. Mark will act as a trusted advisor, ensuring Fischer's solutions align with the unique needs of its diverse clientele.

Cox’s background includes key leadership positions at top-tier higher education institutions, most recently at the University of Virginia, where he spearheaded IAM innovation and ensured seamless access to centralized IT systems using Fischer Identity’s solutions.
