Ready Education acquires CampusGroups

Ready Education acquires CampusGroups to strengthen their position as the leading digital student experience platform and adds C-suite talent to the team

Ready Education, the leading mobile-first student engagement platform provider for higher ed globally, backed by growth investment firm Level Equity, has acquired CampusGroups, a leading student engagement platform provider. This transaction represents the next step in Ready's plan to provide the best products to higher education institutions worldwide.

Ready will now serve over 700 institutions and 7 million students in 25 countries. Ready Education continues to execute its strategy of driving global student engagement and success by providing the leading digital student experience and success platform.

The transaction represents the fourth recent acquisition by Ready Education, with the purchase of European-based companies Collabco (UK) and StuComm (NED) in July 2021 and AppScho (FR) in December 2021. All three companies were leaders in student engagement software in their respective markets.

C-Suite Hires

Ready Education is also pleased to announce that multiple C-suite leaders have recently joined the company to help accelerate its rapid growth: Matt Sysak has joined as Chief Financial Officer, Don Ross as Chief Operating Officer and Chris Gervais as Chief Technology Officer. All three leaders are responsible for global operations in their respective areas of expertise: Matt for all finance and accounting operations and investor and banking relations; Don for all go-to-market and operational activities; Chris for all technology, engineering, and product activities. All three global leaders have extensive experience building and leading world-class teams, delivering outstanding software products and services to customers and helping their previous companies transform and lead their industries.
