ECAR invites a limited number of EDUCAUSE corporate members to become ECAR sponsors. Corporations have access to the same timely research as their customers, have a voice in establishing ECAR research priorities, and interact directly with higher education leaders at ECAR events. Corporate sponsors also receive private research briefings from the ECAR leadership. ECAR corporate sponsors are also recognized publicly and frequently for their support.
Corporations may either sponsor the ECAR program or the annual ECAR student study:
- Sponsors of the ECAR program receive access to research study reports and bulletins, quarterly webinar briefings, custom data analyses, and the opportunity to attend the annual ECAR Symposium with higher education IT leaders, as well as additional benefits and recognition.
- Corporations may sponsor a annual ECAR study of students and IT. ECAR will consult study sponsors during the study design to give them an opportunity to suggest content (up to four questions) and exemplary institutions to include in case studies, focus groups or other qualitative research.
