Enterprise CRM

This EDUCAUSE community group is focused on Enterprise-level CRM. CRM is a critical toolset for driving revenue and student success. This group will support institutional collaboration between IT and business leaders (admissions, alumni affairs, enrollment, student affairs, marketing) who are involved in implementing CRM products. The group will explore ways to increase the effectiveness of this cross-campus collaboration and will create opportunities for members to share their campus efforts, methodologies, frameworks, and success stories. This group will also work within the EDUCAUSE community to educate members about the challenges and opportunities of CRM. This group will meet at the EDUCAUSE Annual Conference and will use this list to discuss issues throughout the year.
