If you are designated as the Primary Representative for managing your organization's EDUCAUSE membership, an invoice for the 2023–24 membership year was emailed to you in May. If you did not receive it or if you need help renewing your membership, please contact our membership team via email or by calling 303-449-4430.
In response to the challenges faced by colleges and universities caused by the COVID-19 pandemic, EDUCAUSE kept membership dues rates flat in 2020, 2021, and 2022. During this same time period, the U.S. experienced stubbornly high inflation rates, causing the cost of doing business to increase.
After thoughtful consideration about continuing to deliver the resources and benefits that members most value, and with the endorsement of the EDUCAUSE Board, for the 2023–24 membership year EDUCAUSE has implemented a small inflationary adjustment of 5% for membership dues and is absorbing the remainder of the inflation rate ourselves.
To become an EDUCAUSE member organization, contact our membership team at 303-449-4430 or email us at [email protected]. We'll follow up with next steps.
We offer several payment options:
- Pay by credit card online. Our membership team can email you an invoice for you to easily pay online.
- Pay by check. From the requested online invoice, you can download and print a statement and mail a check to the following address (note this is different from our regular mailing address in Boulder, CO):
EDUCAUSE
PO Box 910781
Denver, CO 80291-0781 - Send an ACH/wire transfer. Contact our membership team for routing information for electronic payment at 303-449-4430 or email us at [email protected].
- Submit a purchase order. Please note, a purchase order (PO) is not a form of payment, and your invoice is not considered paid until funds are received. If you need a PO number to process your membership invoice, please email a copy of your PO along with your request to add a PO number to your invoice to [email protected]. Be sure to include any information that will help us expeditiously process your request, such as contact information (if different from your own) or invoice number.
