Academic IT leaders are challenged to create effective and flexible learning facilities, establish responsive working structures, manage faculty expectations, and reallocate individuals to maximize human resource potential. We explore issues surrounding major structural changes in support services and identify strategies for restructuring IT support for new or evolving facilities.
