Abstract
This paper describes a success story at SUNY Buffalo's Administrative Computing Services Department, including the essential elements in building both communication and teamwork in an IS department. Through the combination of TQM philosophies and Creative Problem Solving Techniques, a novel approach to teambuilding has been developed which enhances customer service.
