Ms. Pusecker supports all assessment activities at the University of Delaware. As the Office's analyst, she develops and coordinates UD assessment activities and publishes assessment reports. She has developed and implemented training protocols to create and assess measurable learning outcomes and develops metrics to support programmatic assessment. She has made several presentations on and off campus to develop a culture of assessment of student learning. Ms. Pusecker serves as a personal consultant to faculty engaged in assessment and in addition, supports grant assessment with development and implementation of metrics. She manages the Office of Educational Assessment website and implemented a template for programs to upload their educational documents and plans. Prior to assuming her current position, she supported accreditation efforts of Middle States Association of Secondary Schools.
