The EDUCAUSE Mentoring Program provides several opportunities of connection for your professional growth and development. To help you navigate the mentoring platform, we've created a series of resources to jumpstart your mentoring experience.
Before joining the program, add @chronus.com to your email program's allow list to ensure Mentoring Program emails go to your inbox and not to junk, clutter or promotions folders. Directions for Outlook and Gmail can be found here or watch this video.
Join the Mentoring Program
Visit mentoring.educause.edu to join the mentoring program and complete your profile. This video will walk you through the enrollment process for 1:1 mentoring. If you wish to join a mentoring circle, click here. Please note if you wish to join both the 1:1 and Mentoring Circles program, you will need to register for each program separately.
Next Steps
One you join the 1:1 Mentoring Program, you'll receive an email with next steps, including how to request a mentor (Mentees) or offer mentoring (Mentors). Since the mentoring system uses an algorithm-based approach, using areas of learning and interests from your profile to provide connection suggestions, we highly recommend you complete all profile fields. You can view the Mentor and Mentee Handbooks under the "Help & Support" link within the platform.
